Effects Update

This is a fairly large update that add several new audio and visual effects. Better explosion noises, a reload sound, "Matrix Inspired" code lines, enemy death particles, enemy projectile visuals, and more.  Also there is now, a period of time after you run out of ammo where you can still move, but not shoot.
